Late 80's through early 90's was very bad for just about everybody.

Things turned around in the 90's and a lot of people got rich, as also happened in the 80's. True, a lot of it was ponzi wealth, but a lot of it was genuine gains. Reagan broke the OPEC cartel which broke inflation, and Clinton had his computer boom.

Pure ponzi ever since then - and it's all crashing now. I'm fine with that. Good riddance. $150,000 for a parking spot in Manhattan? Fuck Manhattan.
