I miss 1977.

Late 80's through early 90's was very bad for just about everybody.

Things turned around in the 90's and a lot of people got rich, as also happened in the 80's. True, a lot of it was ponzi wealth, but a lot of it was genuine gains. Reagan broke the OPEC cartel which broke inflation, and Clinton had his computer boom.

Pure ponzi ever since then - and it's all crashing now. I'm fine with that. Good riddance. $150,000 for a parking spot in Manhattan? Fuck Manhattan.

Back when the internet was based and the Madden games were still good. Good times.

2001 911 is my formal ending of the Golden age in the west.

Giants like our former nations take many blows and many years to die.

In that day us plebs witnessed us government kill its own and send all the west off to a twenty year war under false pretences.

We lost so much liberty that day. Saw outright blatant lies from govt and media.

1987 is the year that we finally crested the top of the wave swell and have been sliding downslope at an ever increasing ever since. I don't know where the bottom is, but we are now heading there at a dizzying speed. Time to brace for impact.
