My neighbor gibs me some awesome free sheeeit.

I'm friends with the owner of my condo building and a hoarder neighbor just moved out and left everything he owned. The place is packed floor to ceiling with mostly books, CDs, kitchen stuff and other such things. It was a complete disaster area filthy pit.

I got to take some of the nice items; 4k 144hz TUF gaming monitor, THX Logitech 2.1 pc speakers, gaming keyboard, LG 24" ultra widescreen monitor, a bunch of zero water filters and pitchers, cool knife sharpener, power block surge protector and some cleaners and bathroom stuff. I cleaned and distended all of it.

In return I offered to help the owner clean the place up and get it ready to sell.

Not to be a party pooper, but technically, you stole your neighbor's stuff. The landlord was supposed to put it into storage for a period of time, in case the neighbor decided to come back for it.

Wrong. He did hold it for him while letting him live for free for 25 days to try to help him. The lazy slob made zero effort to take the time to clean and remove his items. This was the whole point of giving him extra time. He instead just left and Saud "you can have it all".
