Of course, being Sunday, and rainy, no chick cops were to be seen, only White men. They were doing a very good job too.

Lots of departments have auxiliary officers for exactly this. Some have full uniforms and belts and others are in uniform with out the batman belt.

Their cars were regular patrol vehicles, but...maybe. These fat fucks looked pathetic.
