Go to the departments website and see if there's a roster. See if there are female cops (tax thieves as they are beyond worthless in the field). If there are, then where are the female cops because there can only be so many calls for service involving non-threatening white people and they don't serve subpoenas on Sundays.

You haven't noticed jobs don't follow hiring policies? Our job requires carrying up to 35 pounds in a 12 hour session. So many fat retards complained, that we now have more stretches, and more downtime and limits on operations because the fat people kept complaining. This one dude is like 400 lbs and is the bane of this.
