Went to Home Depot for a bunch of electrical supplies. They had everything except 80 feet of a special high-voltage wire. No problem, the supply house down the road has it, I called yesterday to confirm.

I go there: 'CLOSED TIL TUESDAY'. I talked to 2 of their staff yesterday, no one said anything about them being closed. I suspect some chick suggested they close for THREE FUCKIN DAYS, and the cowardly men quickly agreed.

I go to Lowes. A yung buck nigger was struggling to unroll some heavy wire for two very stressed-out Chinkybois and their methhead redneck helper. The buck nigger clearly had never done this before. He laid his phone on the floor (lol), and everyone was walking around it.

Suddenly, a disheveled ex-punkrock gal showed up: 50s, covered in tatts, was probably hot 30 years ago in a nasty Motel 6 kinda way. She loudly ordered the buck nigger how exactly to do the job as he skidded around the floor, tryin not to step on his phone. I was seething hard by this time.

Finally the wire was cut and rolled up, and I accosted the former prostitute (probably), asked my question, and she informed me there was no wire to be had for love or money. So, I drove home in pouring rain and incredibly loud thunder. My cat was glad to see me.

DISCUSS: should the Zionist state of Israel be p____d into the s_a?

UPDATE: the supply house is wholesale only, lol, I ended up buying a 125 foot roll at Lowes (the chick store). Guess I will sell the rest on Craigslist.

I need 8/3 WG. Home Depot can cut some from a roll, at $6.50 a foot. The supply house charges $3.37. I will wait til Tuesday.

The two supply houses closest to me are wholesale only and Grainger won’t sell by the foot. The price of gas kinda made HD the logical choice once fuel, time and traffic frustration were taken in consideration to get to a retail supply house on the other side of town.

As suggested, try a farm store which I could have, but didn’t think of it.

Nice. This old man at work, 79, tells me the other day because I’m always pissed off about shit like this very thing, that I need to accept that this is just the way things are these days. I looked at him with daggers and said, fuck you, that fuk’n retarded attitude right there is why this shit just keeps getting worse and worse and worse. It’s so hard to not lose your shit these days.

Happened to be going to dinner last night to a place near a Tractor Supply with an ex gf, so I asked if she’d mind if I swung by it to get the ring terminals I need. It was near closing time and she had just had surgery on her foot so I made it a fast in and out. They had good copper 6ga terminals, but for 3/8 lugs, I need 1/4. Grrrrrr. I looked up and down the aisle for large ga wire, only saw the skinny auto shit. Wish I could tell you go there, but I can’t say for sure that they have it. Must of been some where else in the store if they did. I glanced down the aisle before and after the one with terminals and didn’t see any.

Edit: Oh yeah, it was $9.99 a two pack for those ring terminals.
