I never lose my cool around people but an example would be if I am alone in my garage working on something and something goes wrong I get so out of proportion mad sometimes. Kind of like an adult temper tantrum. Usually this happens when I don't have the right tool for the job but I try to improvise and do it anyway. I've made a commitment to never do this again. If I do not have the tool I need I will put down whatever I am doing and put things on hold until I have the tool I need. Sometimes I get this nervous anxiety like I need to get this done now. I will end up rushing through it and doing a poor job only to go back and do it correctly the next day after I have cooled down. I don't like admitting these things but it is what it is. I get flustered sometimes and just loose my shit. I'm sure people hear me sometimes and think I'm crazy but I'm old enough where that part doesn't bother me. Its freeing when you no longer care what others think.
