I Speed up recovery by taking a half inch of the dreaded horse paste (I take weekly and I feel better for it, btw) and 50,000 units of D3 (D3 not D2 or Just D) and 3000 Vitamin C and 50 Zinc. I Drink Tonic water to host the zinc. About 3 days.
That's my regimen.
