T Mobile really pushed me over the edge with the Sprint network shut off, but the thing that really got me was the phone. I do construction and am a first responder volunteer, I need a rugged phone that will last through water, drops, mud, snow, ice, etc and last all day long with use. When they switched to T Mobile and shut down Sprint, my phone stopped working, I had to "upgrade." So I checked out their phones they offered for "free" (the kike kind, a "free lease"), no rugged smart phones. I ask them what my options are for a rugged phone since I'm a first responder, and they tell me they have two flip phones that work that don't even use Android. Meanwhile they are lying telling me I need a 5g phone while they're trying to give me these two rugged phones that don't support 5g. Lying to my face. Of course I could buy the Cat S62 for $500, which doesn't even have 5g.
Meanwhile, they have pride shit everywhere, TMobile twitter avatar even has the tranny flag on it, it was all over the store I went into. They are telling me they can't provide a suitable phone for a first responder but they have all this dumbass pride shit everywhere. What the fuck? Where are the priorities? Maybe I'm just slow but I'm starting to realize pushing this pride shit and all this social shit has reached the point where it's going beyond just being obnoxious and annoying and reaching the point where it's negatively affecting functional parts of society that are essential.
Needless to say I brought my phone to another carrier, even after being with Sprint all my life. But it's so absurd they'll spend the resources to smear gay pride shit all over the place yet they can't take care of their customers enough to ensure they have a phone that works for them.
