I have lots of free floating anger and sadness. Took today off work , going to spend some time in nature , that sometimes helps.

Getting to the point where no matter what I do my life doesn't get any better. I don't feel sorry for myself , just pissed off , sick of being fucked over.

Think about a change of address. Get away from cites, get away from technology and it’s invisible hand on your health. Go somewhere there isn’t cell towers of every description every 200’, live simply for 2 weeks and tell me if your body doesn’t reset and naturally just feel better.

Find quiet and do a simple task for you. It's hard with the anger but do something that occupies the mind but it is for you.

Easy things you can control: eating right, working out, consuming good material. Get off of the internet. Go outside. Exercise. Smell the fresh air. Sit by a creek. Watch the ocean. Find a place where there is no light pollution and look at the stars. Put together a happy playlist of songs. Say hi to people and ask them what good things are happening. Find a role model/mentor. Figure out how to do more with less. Certainly less work if possible. Especially if work sucks. Don't take things so serious and stop being so hard on yourself. Usually people are sad and angry because they feel like they've been slighted or worse they are jealous of others. Expect nothing and you'll never be disappointed. Go your own way and avoid negative people. BE less needy and add add value to others and watch your influence grow.
