And bro-hugged me out of the blue. And went on for five fucking minutes about how "you americans and us ukrainians are friends. brothers."

It was fucking weird.

If that guy ever loses his shit i'm probably on some anti-russian "this asshole insulted me" list now.

That absolutely did not happen. I’ve met a lot of Ukrainians most are not nice people. They are only focused on cheating tourists. Ukrainian businessman are a different story. They are just trying to make a living and utilizing the skills they were blessed with. My favorite are the Ukrainian engineers! What a smart skilled group of people. I’m sorry for your pain. You don’t deserve this.
