Banning for downvoats should be one of the few things illegal here unless of course it's a bot doing it. Voating is how you know how well recieved your ideas are, I don't mind shaming or complaining about it but enforcement is another removal of freedom just like any other. It's all very hooked nosed behaviour and I expect better from us not to stoop to such levels.
