I am 55, and should not be tiling floors anymore. But in January I tiled a huge walk-in shower, then the rest of the bathroom, and the owners talked me into doing the entire house floors (2000 sq ft). The house is full of furniture. I laid the last tile today, and almost burst into tears. I am not an emotional person, but today is a GREAT fuckin' day, frenz.

Last night I had a few LITE beers with muh neighbor, first alcohol in 2 weeks or so. I akshually had a slight hangover today...unbelievable. 10 years ago I would drink 15 regular beers, and work the next day. Aging sucks!---and sobriety is King.

It's obvious BUT drink water and I mean a lot of water. You were likely dehydrated or low sodium before and also add a touch of salt to it occasionally on refills. Water and salt after drinking are mandatory, I usually drank before bed as in a lot of water around 20ozs or so. Now I did piss a lot but I actually slept and woke up fresh but that is less than a 6 pack which would put me 6 sheets to the wind nowadays.

I quit a long while ago. Like it too much, even now, mouth starts watering just thinking about it.

All my adult male family were alcoholics.

I saw that bottle of rye in the picture and my mouth watered. All I used to really drink was rye.
