It's entirely pressure from other women. I've tried to wear makeup to work once or twice, but I find myself accidentally wiping it off on my shirt and smearing it everywhere. The cars I'm working on don't care how "made up" I am, but the other women who work front end in the dealership shit talk my looks from time to time. It doesn't bother me but I could see how sensitive/self conscious women can be bullied into wearing makeup to work.
Yeah, I quit wearing it as soon as I noticed that none of the other guys were...
'fake-up'
[this was in my delete file]
...so this one time in the office, one of my girls (46) (big tits) (blonde) complained softly about how men had it so much easier than women getting ready for work. When I asked her how, like an older brother, she said she had to spend at least a half hour every morning putting on makeup. "All you have to do is take a shower", she said. She was competent. She didn't need makeup to do her job. But she felt compelled to have to. I'd rather work with people that didn't wear makeup or feel compelled to have to wear makeup. Do your fucking job. Your looks don't matter. And don't be angry with me. I'm here to see that it's done. (nice tits, though).
