I find myself often working hard to not be as angry as I feel most of the time. I haven't personally found any purchase or prize in anger but feel it constantly all the time just the same it seems.

No you can't control anything or even some and certainly not most things around you. Just cut off that 'news' spigot from time to time. Doing that is a life line.

I think most people hide their pain pretty well.

I know I do.

My back teeth hurt. Molars and such.

But my front teeth are nearly perfect.

And I can still put on a charming smile.

Despite the fact that it always hurts.
