Take 50,000 IU of Vitamin D. That's somewhere between 10 and 25 pills depending on the dose, then take 5,000 IU daily. Do that for the rest of your life, unless you work outside with no shirt all year.
Take some vitamin C.
Take 50 mg of Zinc daily with Quercetin but only while you have symptoms. You can buy Quercitin at the health food store.
If you do those things right away you will be better in like 2 days.
PS: you should also do this when you get a cold of the flu. It'll knock any RNA virus out cold.
Take 50,000 IU of Vitamin D.
If you overdose vitamin D then add vitamin K2 - it helps the body to keep the right calcium level.
This helped me before zinc and quercetin are a good combo. Also dropped huge loads.
Yesterday I didn't eat, nothing stayed down anyway. Today the headache is barely detectable, also have the very mild sore throat. Very slight cough every once in awhile. I took Quercetin/zinc and k2d3, and will load up on d3 and c later today. The headache was the worst part of it.
The zinc/quercetin when you are sick is the important thing. The D3 daily is a good idea in general because no one gets the same sunlight as when humans evolved. Most people are fine on vit C but it's not a bad idea.
dude... no 50,000 IU! that's like 20x more than the daily recommended dose. This is terrible advice and not safe. 4000 IU per day is the max you want to take.
No, it's not terrible advice.
Most people are deficient, and 50,000 IU once is not at all dangerous. Doctors regularly prescribe it, or even more as a one-time boost.
In this study, they dosed 300,000 IU with favorable results: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4128480/
50,000, take 500,000 you pussy!
I'm stocked with all of the above. I've been sick twice in two years, no testing and I was fine in a few days. I run a log loader so no one barely noticed and I missed no work. I swear by zinc and quercetin
