I got the covid

I have a scratchy throat, headache and nausea. I pulled out the Biden 'free' covid test and rolled the swab in my snot just inside the nose (was no way I'd go deep and pop my brain cavity). I waited 15 minutes and got a positive. Then called my doctor. Now what am I supposed to do? Haz mat suit? Head to E/R? Get monoclonal antibodies? No. Advice is don't go to the doctor, stay home, stay away from people, and my symptoms are 'normal' and it should be fine in a coupla days. Wow. I thought I was going to get the over-the-top California treatment, and instead got a 'meh'.

edit: I got covid from a vaccinated relative who was sick and didn't say anything. Another relative figured out who the culprit was.
I'm on quercetin/zinc, k2d3, and vitamin c. I have ivermectin (the apply flavored clear gel for horses) and will consider taking it if this goes on too long.

Which is the right response. If you're not morbidly obese or 90 years old, the response should be just that. Stay home and rest.

Take vitamins before you get sick, not after. You should always be taking Zinc, D3, C and K2 at the minimum. These all keep your immune system strong. One a day multivitamins do nothing, they are worthless.

Lasted 2 days for me. Tylenol and fluids. Was weak as fuck. The virus that is. I had a throat infection that was waaaay worse than that. Wait till you lose smell and taste

I’m in CA and had to get a cv test to go to a show and the venue didn’t even check the results, at all.

But back to the testing, those cv-hires (aka heroes) who are posted up in the parking lot, still with full cv-regalia, mask AND plastic face shield, loooove doing the cv testing dance.

Since they have that little bit of power that they haven’t earned, shouldn’t have, and realize it’s fleeting, they try to juice every patient encounter for maximum power-trippage.

This is the exact reason the Branch Covidians don't want things to go back to the way they were. They'd fade back to insignificance.
