and because of this, the mass censorship incoming, and the giant panic over "the deadly disinformation pandemic", will be dismissed as "not censorship because you're still allowed the ulta-maga white supremacist extremist fox news, be grateful you get even that".

They contain the damage free-access to information does to regime propaganda, so instead they are going to begin to dismantle access to alternatives entirely, on the basis of "public health and safety" and "fighting extremism."
