That is not what ex nihilo means, contextually. You are discussing things that are centuries (greater than 1500 years) old arguments that have long since been addressed.

They have. I suggest you do some internet searching, learn the basics of the topic, and then get back to me in about 2 years (that's about how long it should take you).
I'm familiar with a lot of theological arguments for why it's totally not bizarre that God can just pop into existence or exist for eternity, but the universe can't. None of them offer an explanation that works. They can't. It's literally a logical impossibility.
