Other mammals have hymens, such as (but not limited to) llamas, guinea pigs, manatees, moles, toothed whales, chimps, elephants, rats, lemurs, and seals.
You missed the point, by interpreting the question as "... this tissue in humans" when the intention was "... this useless tissue [in mammals]."

Animals don't need hymen.
Neither do humans, there is only one necessity in life. Some animals have hymens. Assuming intelligent design, what a waste.
Hymen exists only because humans are intelligent and want to avoid sluts / whores. Only an intelligent being is able to create hymen for humans.
Anal or oral isn't a thing. Assuming evolutionary forces i.e (other mammals have hymen), it could just be a remnant or serve a purpose other than proof of virginity.

For instance, it turns out it takes more than just appearance to attract a peahen. Recent research in Animal Behaviour found that peacocks rely on sound and movement as well as their looks, making infrasonic coos that human ears can’t detect in order to attract the ladies.

Maybe not, but irreducible complexity is proof of design. I'm sure you're familiar with the usual examples proffered in such texts as Darwin's Black Box.
You are dead in your sins, and in need of saving. Instead of suppressing the truth (of a benevolent creator, for starters) in unrighteousness, repent and believe the gospel of grace.
