Reality of having kids. They go out and pick it up, then bring it all home. Seriously. I think you have nothing to worry about.
You should check your bloodline for jewnetics.
Take vitamin D, don't eat shitty food (sugar, processed foods, seed oils) or drink alcohol.
One of kids jobs is to get sick...so their immune system works.
I was reading up month ago on supplements like zinc and if you take to much zinc it lowers your immune system like to much iron causes weakness. Just eat right and eat food high in zinc not a supplement.
Because of the measures taken during the plandemic now everyone's immune system is all fucked up. That's my theory anyway.
I used to live in a house with literal dog shit covering the floors (joys of living with a recently single alcoholic mom) and I never got sick. I ate roadkill once, and mom would leave leftovers out overnight. I ate it, because poor and gotta eat. Definitely don't recommend it, but it got me thinking. I had to have been exposed to so much filth my immune system was hardened as fuck.
I get sick every few months now too, as do my wife and kids. I don't live in dog shit and eat questionable food anymore.
To be fair, we are just reaching the end of cold and flu season. It could just be a bad year and the kids brought something home from school more than previous years.
Or, it could be that the parents of other kids are less likely to keep them out over a sniffle because they are afraid of having to miss work while jumping through covid hoops, so they bring more small colds to school.
Got lots of planes flying overhead leaving those nice liquid looking dripping white clouds behind them that lasts for hours?
Kids get sick all the time. Don't worry about it. This is how they toughen up their immune systems. Take they out in the yard and let them eat some dirt.
You should have known better than to buy that cheap ranch at Trinity Estates in NM. But boy howdy, have I got a deal for you on some acreage in Nevada.
