I decided to try out a HIIT workout nearby, and the difference between male and female physiology is really apparent from the get go. First, I haven't worked out in years, and am only now trying to do more cardio and strength workout. In comparison, some of these women have been doing HIIT for a long time, years even. And yet, for someone who has never really done any long term cardio, it didn't feel super hard or difficult. Sure some of the movements are new to me, and not easy to do if you've never done them before, and the balancing is really interesting to try, but the workout itself is pretty easy. Also I noticed, the pulsing exercises and stuff is just a way to stop people from bullshitting the exercises by forcing a secondary movement in the activation zone. However, the workout was not "hard" or super intense. My endurance can definitely go up for sure, but I feel like I would cap out HIIT really fast at this rate. May even need to bring heavier weights to make it more challenging. Reminds me of those teenage hockey players who beat out the pro woman team in like 5 minutes

Many many moons ago I used to do UFC HIIT, and those things were famous for fucking killing you by the end. The one I just tried is much less intense, but if I supplement the HIIT with actual weight training, it should work pretty well
