I have some thoughts about freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is possible only among mentally sane people. Since degenerates exist in our society, freedom of speech is impossible. I don't know about you, but I do not want niggers, kikes and faggots on my same internet space. I want a safe haven where all people are mentally sane. Because of this, Reddit Vs Poal is the only solution. Degenerates must stay in their ghetto, leaving normal people alone. Twitter is designed the way to allow free speech to everybody, because you don't see degenerates unless you are subscribed to them. Forum based social networks are not. Let's keep degenerates away from normal people.

I get what his point is meant to be. Twitter is, at surface level, designed to allow users to only see content from people they want to. At face value, this gives the ability to create what OP is describing.

It is a flawed analogy, for obvious reasons. There are other factors at play like (((AI))) which artificially limit the possible interactions, and flood you with other shit you don't want to see.

Twatter free speech was an illusion, from the start. I don't remember them claiming they were pro free-speech ever.

You don't catch flies with vinegar.

They then put their real plan to control the compliant masses into application, once they got them captive.

I didn’t even check when it first started and I made my account. I just assumed it let you do whatever until you became a problem. But back then you had to have a decent amount of money to get online. And it worked through sms, that’s why it started with 140 characters. (SMS data limit was 140).

I can’t seem to go back more than 3 or 4 years in the twitter feeds. And search engines don’t seem to go back more than 10 years- it should atleast point to wayback/archive.

I'm talking about design, not ownership. Twitter was designed in order to have only self moderation. Twitter become censored shithole only because of the wonership.
