IQ is just a set of skills. You can be a genius scientist, or a talented artist, but you can still marry a whore, become an alcoholic or drug addict, or be unable to understand the world wide Jewish conspiracy. This is because universal intelligence doesn't exist. I know a car mechanic who is a great self taught philosopher. How many philosophers can fix their own car? Science and arts have become degenerated because scientists and artists are not intelligent. Scientists have the skill of calculating things, artists have the skill to formulate their visions. In other words, they are idiots savants who obey to the Jews for personal gain, without understanding that they are destroying society.

I see generalized intelligence (G) as how well the brain functions.

See it as the performance score of a computer. But the thing is, no matter how powerful your computer is, you can still fill it with crappy google products like - google drive - google chrome - google gmail - google youtube - google search - google maps - google earth - google golang effectively making your computer into a high IQ retard.

In other words the people you speak of have good hardware but bad software.
