Its really pretty simple, breasts not tenders. I usually air fry them after seasoning, it you time it right and let it rest a little bit perfect. And obviously in a slow cooker before work always not dry. I will admit totally to being an eat is something I have to do, not that Im a bad cook Im just alone now and eating is something I have to do. I usually make tacos from seasoned hamburger and chicken.

Bland though. You have to marinate and cook them exactly right, and even then there's no fat so no savory.

Protein isn't a good fuel. It's useful for sure, but not as primary fuel.
