Nice. I’ll keep that in mind. I do stack the charcoal in a central pile and attempt to ignite from the bottom. I wait for the flames to die down, spread the coals a bit then drop the meat once the charcoal is glowing and radiating. I’ll try using the newspaper and matchstick method. Thanks
