If you are working out physically as hard as you can, you aren't going to be thinking about killing yourself, because you'll literally feel like you are attempting suicide.
Anyone who doubts this hasn't worked out really hard.
I'm talking about pushing yourself physically to where you have a panic attack because you can't breathe (it feels like you're drowning) and you feel like you could (or do) piss/shit yourself.
I bet most people would stop and fight for breath. Also, you'd be cleansed of negativity because you wouldn't have the strength for it, and since you've altered your state in an empowering and original way, you'll end up somewhat proud of yourself.
IF you survive your Exercise Suicide Attempt, the high you get is massive and you can always pick up the pieces and make another ESA tomorrow.
The few people who survived jumping off of the Golden Gate Bridge said that when they jumped they immediately regretted it and fought to survive.
Fight to survive in an ESA daily and not only will you live better, they'll probably write books about you.
Funny enough if you do work out this hard, you will feel like you're dying the next day when you're so sore.
Another point I always found interesting when I used a Heart Rate Monitor in the early 2000's the recommendation was that you don't push too hard. I was shocked when I went for a normal MTB bike ride to come back to look at the results graph and see that I was in the warning range and was pushing too hard even though it was just a normal ride. I found it strange then but have always thought I was a bit neurotic in pushing too hard, but chasing the adrenaline high was the whole point so I ignored these "warnings".
Now, I find myself working in the yard cutting trees and moving logs, have been down on my knees multiple times gasping for breath as a result, covered in sweat head to toe. Yeah depression is not even a thought that crosses my mind anymore.
Whenever I get down or stressed, I have always said, need to work out more, to the aforementioned ESA level for a few weeks and I'm back better than ever. Makes sense now why they warn people not to work too hard... The heart is a muscle, it gets stronger when you use it. Atrophy is real folks, get out there and bust your ass off today with an Exercise Suiside Attempt, quit sitting on your ass all day and you'll see...
