AT&T, naw it'll go straight to the recording in that NSA UTAH data storage facility that Snowden talked about,

Snowden was a limited hang out, and the utah facility is a giant research project for quantum and conventional cryptography cracking.

The "NSA storage facility" is a red herring.

How do I know both of these are true?

Because that is what I would do.
