take a large piece of tinfoil and wrap your phone in it if you are not expecting any calls. The phones can be turned on remotely but the foil stops all radio waves so it cannot send or receive, also makes it so all images taken regularly are just black and can't be uploaded while the phone is encased. Then put it under a pillow so it cannot listen and record sounds so foil then sound dampening and it cannot triangulate in that situation either so unless last known position is used then they are clueless and no ip signal might not allow a warrant or anything to be issued by a judge.

alternatively mount the phone so the camera is facing your PC focused and close. Now find the nastiest old "like in her 80's" pussy with veins on inner thighs and a bonus for warts moles and a blown out gaping semi-clean anus. Now leave it there when not in use, have the movie downloaded and on repeat and let them examine that video. If the agents are young and innocent they are now celibate for the foreseeable future. They will be rethinking/reexamining their lives choices intensely so those memories will stop resurfacing and the screaming will stop in their minds.
