Unless people figure out an effective form of guerilla warfare against drones and robots I don't think it will be possible to escape a black mirror future of technologically enforced slavery.

The only other hope is a more benevolent group makes better robot warriors faster but china has a huge lead there.

Once they get you in high rise apartments in dense cities landscapes there will be no escape. Look at the robots patrolling the streets of highrises in China now enforcing a lockdown where people literally have no food inside and could be starving.

I am not sure rural area will be much better because infrared overhead viewers are so effective (yes gilly suits with aluminum reflective fabric underneath can shield you but how long before you make an error or sensors detect your movement.)

I suppose small populations in areas no one cares about can survive for a while until a bureaucrat takes an interest and wants to clear them out for a promotion.

It's not looking good.

People need to come up with something that makes existence for robot s difficult but doesn't hurt humans.

Perhaps widespread emp pulsers constantly activated or trip activated?

Salt water sprayers? Like firehouses spraying saltwater?

Some plastic netting on the ground would snag some robots that might have a hard time shacking it off while humans would t but it doesn't stop aerial drones.

Blinding lasers from the ground?

Ion beams from the ground?

Directed microwave waves from the ground?

Something needs to get figured out quickly.

Follow the military developments in this area. Drones have played a major role in the recent conflicts, and like all military technological developments, effective countermeasures are most likely to be deployed here first.

So far, there is no sure fire solution. All defenses are only partially effective.

To avoid satellites, drones, aircraft, etc, the Arabs tunnel like we did in WWI. This is also only partially effective because sooner or later you have to come out into the open where you can be seen.

I'm guessing drone vrs drone in the near future, if it is not already here.

Currently the remains of the Azov battalion in Mariupol is entrenched deep inside the apparently now heavily fortified Azovstal heavy industrial complex. Above their heads the Russians have total drone coverage. What the defenders really need now is an escape tunnel. My guess is they didn't dig one.
