Do you put chips into a liquid-cheese-like product?
Do you arrange chips on a sheetpan, intermingled with shredded cheddar, sliced jalapenos, and maybe even some taco seasoned ground beef?
Or... Do you bathe them in an exquisite mix of cheeses, pico de gallo, and heated until liquid and steaming?
