He is one of the richest people on the planet. It is easier for him to create a new social network where he will be able to ensure freedom of speech for 100%.

Yeah, it's a huge uphill battle to reform Twitter. It's not just SJWs that have infested it, it's vast sums of money from corporations and governments at whose behest they censor or trend certain topics. I can't imagine Elon calling for a free speech twitter and going up against all that corruption and succeeding. As the saying goes, when you fight corruption, corruption fights back.
