My 24 month old son is totally vaccine free. He can speak in sentences, is potty training himself with very little encouragement, and makes any other two year old boys I have met look autistic.

My son is also a just-turned-two real boy, and he has recently started using a "pretend voice" to act like inanimate objects are talking, like he has seen my wife and I do.
The other night at supper, he held up and wiggled his piece of bread and went "hello mommy" to my wife. I lost my sides entirely.
