Kvetching has to do with Chutzpah. Chutzpah is impudence. Kvetching is whining. Basically, when you find out a jew is trying to fuck with you, or harm you, and you try to fight him back, the Jew starts kvetching in order to try to find idiots who will feel empathy and help him out believing his innocence. It's the same thing as dindu nuffin for niggers when they're caught committing crimes by the police. It's all explained in Mein Kampf by Hitler.
