California can't get along without small gasoline engines for its lawnmowers, leaf blowers and other gardening tools. The Mexicans who do the lawns will have gas mowers, one way or another. They will not change this law and will force people to use electric tools. It will be a major disaster but forced on the people there just like everything else they've forced on the people.
