I'm old , have a headache , but I'm on my way out the door to pump some iron. 20 min jog , Back , rear delts , biceps , lower abs , stretching .

If I can drag my broken old ass to the gym , you can too faggots ! Get off your ass , and push your physical limits ! You'll be the better for it

A great way to start getting into a routine for newbies:

As soon as you wake up, hit the bathroom and drink some water. Then before you start getting ready for work, do 10-20 push-ups and a set of 30-50 crunches (depending on your ability level, if you can do more, do it). Force yourself to do it.

Eventually, it'll be instinctive. Sometimes, I think I begin my push-ups while still partially asleep because it's so ingrained into me. I'll be sleeping, next thing I know I've got my feet up on my bed so I can do elevated push-ups, staring at my carpet.

This very short routine will help you wake up just as well as coffee. And you'll see results pretty quickly, especially if you're starting from a bad place. THE KEY IS TO MAKE IT A ROUTINE. EVENTUALLY, IT WILL FEEL GOOD TO SIMPLY DO YOUR ROUTINE. It doesn't need to kick your ass and make you all sore. Just enough to get your muscles ripped up a bit, get the blood flowing, your metabolism moving. Breakfast is also very important for metabolism, so after completing this routine a good piece of fruit and some nuts or something like that will complete your routine.
