40 boxes at $19 each ($1.58 per can)? They do go on sale every so often for .99 cents. Although money might not be worth much when that sale comes around again. Better to have it, cans last a while. Now get some white rice and beans. Cheap and lasts.

Where I live Walmart has em for $1.20 or so, but are often out. Plus, I hate shopping. Next week they might cost 5 bucks a can for all I know.
