There are two things here that you need to do. First you need to dedicate yourself to consuming from the black market. Find things you use that can be bought illicitly and then do that. The second is that in order to find these back market connections you often need to participate in the black market already... hence you need access to things that can be sold on the black market. Do you drink? Find a home brewer and then find a moonshiner. Or start moonshining. Do you smoke? There is a black market for tax free cigs. Smoke weed? Don't go to a legal store even if you have access to legal weed. Again, the alternative is to grow weed. Car in the shop? ask the mechanic if he knows anyone that can hook you up with 'used parts'. Go look up the 'most stolen' car makes and then go buy a used one... chop it and part it out your self. All of these activities will involve meeting people. Be nice; be gregarious. Make contacts and network. Once you have contacts ask them if they can hook you up with new contacts. This is MUCH easier if you participate in the supply side of the black market because you are part of the club. If you are only a consumer you can only make these connections when you spend money. Right now this will force you to associate with the criminal element of society. Be cautious, but also open. If you act cagey or sus you will be shunned. These people will be the foundation of the new dark economy and you want in on the ground floor.
