I buy shit online everyday, but have stepped up buying food for me and my cat. It's only gonna git more 'spensive and hard to find. Dinty Moore beef stew is still relatively cheap and tastes good (10g of protein per can), will last a long time in the closet. Same with Campbell's many products. Think about your pets too!
