I wouldn't make Poal my only news source, but it is useful for pointing me at important videos and articles that are deliberately hidden by Google and the corporate slave media.

I don't see the point of filling your head with stuff that's misleading, just because it happens to chime with your world view. That world isn't going to change just because you prefer the LaLa fantasy version inside your head. If you can't be bothered to fact check what you read against other sources, then everything you think you know about the world is useless and you've just wasted your life living down a rabbit hole... It's also likely to make you a bit sad about the whole thing later on

Find some non cable youtube channels that cover news in a less sensational fashion, rather than ones that go straight to Alien Lizard Overlords are the reason why fuel prices are high
