All citizens will be required to carry their secondary weapon at all times, primary optional. All firearms in public spaces must be sub sonic and suppressed. All citizens undergo an IQ test I will then implement a new presidential/congress/senate voting system that works as a lottery. All natural born citizens of the u.s. With an IQ over 115 go into the lottery. This will ensure minimum corruption, and inspire all of us to bring up the young generations with higher morals and standards. All drugs become legal, those who elect themselves to consume recreational, non-natural occuring drugs get enlisted into a work program where they live on campus and work in manufacturing. These citizens can quit their drugs and re enter society after 1 full year of sobriety on campus. These citizens voluntarily suspend their firearms rights while living on campus. All senators, congress, judges, and other non labor intensive government/tax paid employees make minimum wage only when clocked in doing their government work, pay no taxes, recommended to have a second job. Plus term limits end when president term limit ends. There will be a fraud detection agency added to each government department on every level, fraud agent gets a bonus of 10% of the fraud they discover, on top of their minimum wage while on duty. Any govt employee caught committing fraud will be sentenced to 10 years mandatory labor campus housing. Grass lawn will be encouraged to be converted to gardens, though not required. Citizens who garden can sell their produce tax free. This Is just the start
