I will then implement a new presidential/congress/senate voting system that works as a lottery. All natural born citizens of the u.s. With an IQ over 115 go into the lottery. This will ensure minimum corruption, and inspire all of us to bring up the young generations with higher morals and standards.

All drugs become legal, those who elect themselves to consume recreational, non-natural occuring drugs get enlisted into a work program where they live on campus and work in manufacturing. These citizens can quit their drugs and re enter society after 1 full year of sobriety on campus. These citizens voluntarily suspend their firearms rights while living on campus.

All senators, congress, judges, and other non labor intensive government/tax paid employees make minimum wage only when clocked in doing their government work, pay no taxes, recommended to have a second job. Plus term limits end when president term limit ends.

There will be a fraud detection agency added to each government department on every level, fraud agent gets a bonus of 10% of the fraud they discover, on top of their minimum wage while on duty.

Any govt employee caught committing fraud will be sentenced to 10 years mandatory labor campus housing.

Grass lawn will be encouraged to be converted to gardens, though not required. Citizens who garden can sell their produce tax free.

Any afro American who can prove their ancestors were captured or some into slave labor and wants reparations will receive them in the form of a free college program to learn how to farm, learn the language of their ancestral home, and potentially stabilize a third world country, then be gifted a one way ticket to their ancestral home. The goal of this is to learn from the creation of the MS13 cartel incident from sending criminals to a country that was their "home" even though it wasn't. There is a opportunity to create a better world here and decrease the demand of other nations to carry Africa.

All welfare recipients must do some kind of government computer work for x hours a day to receive their checks or may enlist in a drug free labor campus, or the may choose to go to a drug campus. Up to them. No more free hand outs, but for those who truly have a difficult time working for any medial or physical reason can spend time teaching children to read in libraries, if they can do math there will be tutor programs set up, and so on. Nobody has the right to make money and not work unless they earned it.

Pretty ambitious , sounds expensive. I was thinking a one time cash payment of say , 100k , and plane ticket to Liberia , or whichever African country they choose. Properly managed , I feel your idea could work well though.

As much as I'd love to send them all on a long voyage across the sea in a sinking ship, it has to appear diplomatic, and done in a way that makes niggers less dependant on white societies
