On the menu:

Hors d'oeuvre - buffalo brisket, pheasant sausage, venison meatballs, boar nachos, venison bologna, rabbit sausage, bear chili, fried alligator, turkey dip crackers

Mystery appetizer - bobcat (edit: mountain lion)

Main course - venison, ham, salmon, potato filling, corn, Cole slaw, rolls

Dessert - ice cream, brownies

Complete with great full band country covers, a skit, old cartoons, raffle and basically standup/roast from pastor, old school cartoons, and a guest speaker doctor/hunter with speech impediment originally from Pennsylvania, now with Texas accent.

Previous years featured bison, kangaroo, rattlesnake, elk, camel, ostrich etc
