My experience is that they are evil. They have been lying us into every conflict since Vietnam. All the while trafficking drugs, guns and humans for their own personal profit. These people are not dumb.

Add WW1 and WW2 to that list of wars which we got lied into . If you need any references just ask. History says that Evil is the correct answer. If they happened to put in an incompetent as head of it, it's still "evil", and not "dumb".
