I watched the video. Nowhere did he say that he is a jew. It's the kind of rhetoric anyone would use because it's effective, regardless of whether the speaker is a jew.

He looks Estonian and/or Finish (the Asiatic eyes and small chin). He was born in St Petersburg which is pretty close to Estonia and Finland. I doubt he is of Jewish blood.
