I just had a guy who’s been smoking for 15 years straight tell me he could run for 5 minutes no problem. I told him I doubt you could run for 30 seconds. Sittin there arguing with me about it. Or this other guy I work with always talking about how much weight he lifted 20 years ago. Now he’s extremely obese but anytime I bring up working out he starts down the same old tired memory lane. All these people don’t care about themselves and it pisses me off

For me it was longer back. Now we talk since we know that working out is a 2x a week thing after 40 since the muscles heal so slow that huge gain you were making in your 20's is screwing with your arthritis and you can't sleep for a few nights. He just can't tell anyone that since it's obvious to anyone older but we just don't worry about it, just do what you can safely is my rule for myself.

When I hit 40 I’m gonna get on trt I think. I got 15 or so years so hopefully by the time I get there I’m jacked like I want to be

It's not just the muscles at that age you'll find out. When you're older you slow internally so the tendons and joints start to not repair as fast so make sure you avoid beta carotien and stick to the old vitamin roster since beta carotein uses the vitamin A receptor and vitamin A is highly needed for tendon repair regrowth and that will slow your physical acitivity or result in sudden injuries which is a training loss. So avoid processed shit and stay natural high fat high meat low grain and your body will respond like a machine for you.

Yea. Cause I know what it takes to get in shape. Iv done it twice in my life. That’s why it pisses me off. Or when I give somebody shit because they’re fat and they get all butthurt about it. Being fat isn’t permanent if you don’t want it to be: it’s problem with a solution, quit being a bitch
