A question I ask niggers and their allies all the time - if white people are so bad, why do blacks that ‘make it’ want to live around them? Why can’t they create their own nice neighborhood?
Then challenge them to show me one nice area with majority black. They lose every time.
As for gentrification - why do the blacks need whites to move in to make their neighborhoods nicer, are they not capable of doing it on their own? Just because you’re poor doesn’t mean your environment needs to be a shithole.

I live in a a slummy spic and nigger area . I know , I know , I'm moving soon , finally. The two things that are just so fucking maddening is the overall stupidity , and being lazy slobs. They throw trash every fucking where. Could be a dumpster or trash can 6 feet away and these fuckers just throw it on the ground. They are also a good 15 points lower in IQ than your average White. Very impulsive , stupid , lazy fucks
