I have learned you need to make a pause and drink a glass of water when drinking alcohol. This will hydrate your body and you will feel better the next day. I can confirm this works. Since I've started doing this, I feel way better the next day. Obviously this works only if you don't exaggerate with the amount of alcohol.

I also take a dose of liquid ionic magnesium and NAC when I drink.
