I'm not looking for a job right now, but I still get people emailing me about stuff. I got this gem today:
The selected candidate will perform the following duties: - Day-to-day activities would include using software specific to to write orders to modify facilities (i.e. pole replacements, repair orders, customer orders etc.) - Candidate will travel throughout the district to view facilities and meet with customers under the supervision of qualified employees - Travel throughout the district would be in a company vehicle driven by an employee. - Leadership & Guidance: Performs work activities as assigned and coached by higher level employees. I assume this has something to do with a utility service? I can't imagine many people reading this email and going "That's perfectly what I do!" I don't even know what they want here, and the indian sending it probably doesn't either.
Maybe learn how to write a job description with actual useful information before sending it out and you'll get some good responses? Nah, too much to ask.
