The economy is RIP, house prices are insane, the NHS is overburdened.

house prices are insane

they are cheap in areas like the midlands, or anywhere further North. it's a booming area if you know which end of a hammer to hold

what is insane are rental prices for shitty houses. it makes zero sense to buy an expensive house as a rental, because landlords only make a few hundred more. The base rental for anything is always £500

Mortgages are jewed though, if someone earns the median income they still can't buy a house because they have no capital, but in reality they are paying way more in rent than a mortgage would cost them.

Blair imported the wrong people, Filipinos would work in the NHS, Poles would work the fields, niggers only want to live in London pushing house prices up
